Pior banco do Brasil

Esse aplicativo é horrível, eles não fazem nada pra impedir fraude, direto recebo boleto fraudulento na minha conta, cobranças indevidas, etc, a segurança é péssima, como pode um banco que lucra bilhões com juros do dinheiro alheio oferecer um serviço tão ruim?

Chat não atualiza

O chat do app está com um problema grave de atualização. Ontem enviei uma mensagem à gerente às 15h21 e, até as 17h, a resposta não aparecia. Hoje, ao abrir o chat, vi que ela havia respondido às 15h45. Ou seja, a resposta ficou quase duas horas sem aparecer para mim.

Atualizem esse app, por gentileza. O atendimento via WhatsApp também não funciona. Achei que poderia ser mais ágil e acabei ficando sem resposta da mesma forma.
