I LOVE Perspirology! The workouts are always challenging, high energy, and fun! It’s good to smile when you work out, even in the privacy of your own home. This was a great option for me during COVID and now I can’t imagine going back to a gym when a myriad of workouts are available to stream! I am hooked on these awesome rebounder workouts!

Best workouts!
I first started at home workouts when I was in quarantine. I tried so many different apps and Perspirology is the REAL DEAL! Each video is more challenging then the next and I feel amazing! Try the trampoline classes, you will be dripping! New videos posted everyday!

So many options, fresh content, decent music, good price, never get bored. Love the dancing cardio it’s not too hard on the body and bounce Classes are a lot of fun (even without a bar). Thank you! I love it!

So thankful for this app with so many challenging and fun workouts to choose from. When I can’t make it into the studio, I can stream to my tv and work-out any time!!

The best way to supplement in-person classes! This allows me to get in a full workout even on days when my work or childcare schedule conficlits with class times. And the shorter, targeted workouts are perfect for busy days when I have less time. I haven’t found a better workout anywhere!!

I have loved perspirology since the very first time I walked in the door. It’s a warm and inspiring place to make friends, have fun and reach your fitness goals. The videos on the app are just as good as being in the studio in person. They are easy to follow, extremely challenging and you work up a serious sweat!!!

Trust me...even on the app they live up to their name and you will SWEAT! I am a Perspirology fanatic and when I downloaded this app and saw how easy it was to get my home workouts, I was so excited! I do both in studio and at home, so I can verify this is fun and challenging at the same time. And worth every penny. 💙💦
