Waste of time. Google Search is more useful than this app.
Poor app for the state’s main airport.
The app is out of date, much like the Perth Airport website. The information displayed is not accurate. For example, “Malindo Air” and “Saigon”. Both outdated names. However Perth Airport seems to be too lazy to update its website and app to reflect “Batik Air” and “Ho Chi Minh City”. They should be embarrassed.

No login option, no point to the app
As per the title. Without a login option better off using the website for parking booking.

App doesn’t save credit card details. Have to re enter each time

Nothing but bugs it’s terrible to use even when you delete it and reinstall just useless

This is useless app
I have to pick up families, friends regularly in domestic or international at perth airport.
However, when I search up flight number its not showing up. Therefore, use on website it is there. It happen so many times. Now I know why this app has so low rating. Not working properly.

What’s the point
I downloaded the app and tried to book parking it kept erroring so I went to website signed up and booked parking but it doesn’t show on app. So tell me again what exactly is the use of this app? A simple google tells me if a flight is on time or not and what terminal. Disappointing

Whenever I’ve tried to look for information on this app it doesn’t have any details I’m after (terminal transfers, shuttle bus times, car park shuttles, accurate or updated facilities, terminal opening times, smaller airline flight times etc)
Needs lots of work
Used website to create an account and book two lots of parking. Loaded app expecting I would be able to log into my account and retrieve parking bookings. There does not seem to be any way of logging into an online account within the app. Even trying to find the correct page of website to log in is near to impossible. Needed to refer to email for bookings and follow link for manage my booking in order to log into my account... both website and app need lots of work.

Cannot book parking
I want to use it to book parking, but it just got stuck after i selected the parking. Restart did not help. So I booked online but I cannot get the reservation into the app. The web interface is so much easier.
Can’t login
I can’t find a way of logging into the account and having saved data stored in the cloud. I have booked long term parking for an upcoming trip on my old iPhone and can’t find a way of transferring flight and parking data to new handset. Am I being completely stupid or is it the App? Little use as it is.

Not without its problems
My main issue is whenever I use this app to reserve parking, I have to put in my credit card details every single time even though it initially appears as though they are saved. Fix it.
Nice UI and useful information
Ignore the other reviewers who demand an app to manage their entire international holiday... If you collect people from or visit Perth airport often this app is great. Easy to understand and use. Clear info. Refreshing to see the Government invest in a nice app :)
More expensive for parking
Just compared rates from booking online on laptop and it was $87 on the app and $67 online - have ditched the app

Too small to care
What’s the point of having an app to show the flights in and out of Perth Airport, when if it is a small charter flight (with the likes of Virgin or Alliance) they don’t get the same consideration as the larger carrying flights. The flights have to be registered with airport control, so isn’t there a flow through affect that puts it automatically onto the airport app?!?!,

Only tracks Perth flights not connections
So, I’m flying to Taiwan but am unable to track the entire trip via this app.
Kind of pointless? Maybe good for national rather than international flights.

Out of date info
Waiting for a Virgin flight and the app said final call but the boarding hadn’t even started. In fact we were still waiting to board AFTER the scheduled departure time.
Perth Airport if you’re going to provide an app make some effort to give your customers the latest information.

Won’t let me follow a flight
Meh other things are ordinary too but the main things this apps for is following a flight and it won’t let me do that
