App will not load
The app used to work as expected, but now and for several tries, deletions and reinstallations, reboots, etc., it simply does not load and run.

The app was great for when it was working but as of late it will not open and I can no longer see appointments

Tried to get this app to open multiple times and it simply spins. Deleting it now.

App won’t start anymore
When the app starts up, I get the loader circle and nothing else. I’ve tried deleting the app, rebooting, nothing works. It used to work fine, but now it’s a dud.

I haven’t been able to use this app for at least a year. I load it, it states the correct animal hospital I go to, and nothing else works - it’s just stuck loading. Have reinstalled to no avail. Awful app.
Worst app ever!
This app hasn’t worked in a long time. When it did work, it was woefully inadequate compared to other medical apps from other medical services.

The worst app ever, useless. I can’t even get any information on my pets. AH of RH should never have gone this route.
Useless when it did work
My veterinarian had a great app. It told me everything about my pets’ history and upcoming reminders. I could schedule right in the app. This app would only show my most recent visit with no reminders and no way to schedule an appointment. For quite a while now it won’t even load. It just spins with nothing but the name of our veterinarian at the top. This app feels like a template that someone was supposed to build out and maintain but never did. I’m surprised the text fields don’t say “enter text here”

Stopped working!!
This app no longer loads pets. It just spins and spins. I’ve contacted my vet about it, but there’s nothing they can do. And there’s no way to contact tech support. Terrible! Was a great tool, until it wasn’t.
Can’t get past the first screen
To confirm your account they need to send you a text and I can clearly see my phone number selected and the app just keeps yelling at you that you need to select a phone number

Best app ever
I use this app monthly to request my dog’s medication refills and request appointments. Never fails me. So much easier than calling the office. Love it!
Useless
You can’t load a phone number in so the app won’t work. I see as far back as 5 years ago of this complaint. Does anyone use this app because I don’t see how.
Doesn’t work
In order to open the app, and it asks you to put in your phone number. Once you put in your phone number, you cannot proceed.
