Sorry this didn't work for you. "Not usable" could mean several things — a screen that wouldn't load, reminders that never arrived, or something else. We'd like to know which one it was. You can reach us at support@myquietspot.com and we'll look into it.

Coming back to this later than we should have — all three are in as of version 1.1.2. Dosage now accepts decimals, so 0.5 works for half tablets. Syringe is one of the unit options alongside tablet, ml, drop and the rest. And if you add a medication in the evening, that morning's dose is no longer counted against you — the schedule picks up from the next morning. Thank you for laying it out so specifically; that's what made it clear what to build.
Great app with one exception

Late, but we wanted to close the loop: pill count and refill reminders arrived in version 1.1.2. You can turn on tracking for a medication, enter how much you have on hand, and get a heads-up before it runs out. Thanks for the nudge — it was the right thing to add.
