Freezes all the time!
Many times of forced closing app, deleting app and re-downloading. No new version updates but issue continues to persist for months now. So inconvenient, waste of time and frankly annoying!

Pleaaaassssse fix the app. It is so frustrating how it freezes nonstop.
It keeps freezing and shutting down
I keep trying to add a dress to my cart but it won’t let me leading it to freeze then shut down. The app is malfunctioning so I’ll just use safari 🤷🏻♀️

Great clothing, but the app is horrible- it freezes and I can barely shop on it. Best to stick to the website instead of the app.

My entire closet is petal and pup! They have an outfit for every occasion. Between vacations fits, weddings, or date night vibes, I’ve found my perfect styles and fits. I even found stylish bump friendly options during my pregnancy. I get so many compliments or people asking where it’s from. Will continue to be a repeat customer💙💙

Filtering Doesn’t Work
The filtering on this app does not work. I’ll select a size to filter by and it shows me items that don’t have my size in stock, which makes for a frustrating experience. Are the filters just to show the item in a certain size exists?

I love this store the clothes are made amazing and everything fits like a glove, arrival time was good too. Just downloaded the app for faster access to new arrivals. Happy costumer here
App and website do not update at the same time
I love the clothes from this website! However there's a kink I noticed that hopefully gets fixed soon.
I loved the Pedro dress with the lemon print when I saw it on Instagram, so I went into the app only to find that it wasn't there when I searched for it. After checking the website I realized that the app and the website do not update what's available simultaneously. Additionally, I can't add anything to "my favorites" from the website as it has a separate wishlist function that doesn't reflect what's on "my favorites" in the app. Looking forward to seeing the app get polished up!

The app does not refresh to new arrivals
I have noticed that the app does not keep up with the newest arrivals or back in stock. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times to attempt to update it. But the online availability and the app availability do not match.
