Très bonne application
Application qui fonctionne parfaitement bien et qui nous permet de surveiller notre chien en notre absence.
Complètement inutile
Le récepteur fonctionne proche de la station animale, et ensuite se deconnecte une fois éloigné… aucun moyen de se reconnecter à la station animale malgré de nombreux essais à distance. Aucune utilité donc.
Didn’t work
Used the demo - images were very slow to load, no sound. Bought the full version as I thought it might work better but it wasn’t. I have 1gigabit fibre broadband (no issues with broadband) but the images from the pet station to receiver were either frustratingly slow to load, frozen or no connection could be made at all. This was really frustrating while out and trying to monitor my pet. Asked for a refund but no response.

Can’t get it to work
Despite having a strong Wi-Fi signal I been trying for 2 days and can’t get the video feed to connect. Very disappointing. It would have been perfect if it worked as advertised.
Pet cam not linking devices
So I set up two devices, offering a same network and then tried one running off of cellular. Now I’m an hour and we haven’t seen miss you as I’m having a they’re not connecting to each other buff up open up there to the nearest update latest version. still no no video of you coming through on on the receiving side and which device I’m using is not getting the video from the receiving from sending unit. It looks like a great app simple easy use and set up is not difficult at all. I would give it a rating but unfortunately it did not work correctly for me. I can’t read it because my writing would be biased at this point in time because again the apples are you be great at everything seems to be in place for it to be a great app My Spectrum I couldn’t get to link my device together and I did some troubleshooting and ran a bug report. I couldn’t find any issues on my end that would cause it to not work correctly so it’s gonna be a software issue somewhere. Unfortunately I got Time play. I need a count working by tomorrow so if you wanna get fixed, feel free to hit me up with an email and let me know.

Useless
Will not work if base station Mac’s display has gone to sleep. Will not wake display. The only way of using this is to keep the display on 24/7 which is terrible if you’re going away for a couple of days.
UPDATE : I got a response from the developer saying this wasn’t true, which is garbage. I set up my system ( I am technically literate, thank you) so that the hard drive and networking remained active, but the app WILL NOT wake the display, meaning you have to keep the screen on constantly for this to work, which you only find out after trial and error.
I wasn’t expecting a ‘high tech surveillance system’ but only for this to work reasonably as advertised, and it does not. Dropping this to one star for misleading developer comments.

Pet Cam
Purchased for 1 month and not working at all…wish I brought cameras with me…lesson learned.
PetCam App is a great app for pet owners.
I can easily view pictures and videos of my dogs from anywhere and interact with them via two-way talk. However, the app sometimes slows down and can't connect to my camera.

Perfect app
I installed this app for my pet cat, but my pet cat doesn't like it and won't let me record its video. However, the two-way audio support is still useful when I need to call it back.

If you try to use a Wi-Fi camera it won’t work. The app works with iPhone, iPad and Mac with integrated camera or USB camera.
I love this app!
It's easy to use and I can watch my dog when I'm away from home. I also love the ability to record and play back my voice to ask them to eat or drink. Well worth a try!

No help
I can’t remember my username or password and they tell me they can’t help me. I can’t possibly be the only who can’t remember this info. I wonder how they keep customers?
Scam after trial period
After the trial period - this all will give you only 5sec of view time, and when you upgrade to the paid plan - it still won’t work. It takes forever to connect, even in the trial period. And there is no reliable way to contact app developers to fix these issues. BAD purchase

DO NOT BUY
Do not buy this app. It does not work. I gave it 2 chances on 2 occasions. I went away for the weekend twice and the app worked 30% of the time. The rest of the time it was a spinning wheel and I could not see my video, even on strong WiFi signal. It does not do the one thing it is supposed to do and I had anxiety over not being able to see my cat and home while away. I have requested a refund and will never use it again. Update: see defensive response from company. I was denied a refund. Judging by the hundreds of other poor reviews I am not alone in my frustration.

Dear Client, first of all we regret that you had problems. But fact is, that you contacted the support 2 days after you had an issue with the app. So it was impossible for us to help you. This is not a high end surveillance system. You use your devices you have at home. You had in addition to that 7 days to test the app according to your needs without any restrictions and any subscription. This review is more than unfair.

As soon I got to work the app didn’t work at all. It kept loading.
