This app is pointless. Never shows the buses updated location.
My wife will have her app open showing the bus in its correct location, I’ll open mine standing next to hers and mine shows its sitting at the bus garage.
Maybe works 2 days out of 5.

Worthless
This app doesn’t even deserve the one star, but unfortunately that’s the lowest you can give. It’s very rare that it actually works. Most of the time the buses are frozen, and other days like today you can’t even logon. It will work in the morning when I first bring it up, and five minutes later when I go to check it is no longer working. I was going to say that it was inconsistent, but it consistently doesn’t work.

Not that bad
it help me because i’m always scared if ill miss the bus so i’m always out there like 15 minutes early so now i’m there just about 5.
Horrible
One star I am giving is for the driver who brings my boy home other than that it’s just horrible. The bus keeps leaving my boy and I can’t even track it at all
Terrible app
This app is completely unreliable, one day it works fine, the next it says that it’s not able to find the same rout for the same student, and now the gps tracking so so off that my child is dropped off as the app says the bus is till ten blocks away.
Completely useless, at least deliver the basic service!

Works but glitches
You have to live in Ohio or have your bus be petermann so that’s why it is bad for some of you. Works for me but u have to refresh it a little bit. Sometimes it says the bus is off road.

This hasn’t worked in a few weeks now. Very inaccurate and the bus icon doesn’t even move any more. Sad, we used to rely on this app a lot.
Terrible!!!
When the app actually works it is great! However it never works it always logs you out and then never lets you log back in!!! It is super frustrating especially when you have kids walking to the bus at 6:30 on the morning!! It’s just so annoying!
App Issues
On the first day of school the app isn't even loading and I wasn't getting any luck on the website to load either. Not sure if your support is aware of the issue.

Stops working
He bus location is updated until about midway through the route and then no longer updates.
So many bugs
Constantly logs me out and then won’t let me log in again with the right login info. Needs updated badly. Doesn’t track properly. Won’t refresh when you hit the refresh button.
Why? Just why?
My dad always uses this app and I’m always running to my bus stop because this app is never accurate so when I’m about to go outside the bus is already there. Today I almost missed the bus because of this app. Tonight I tried downloading it and I put my first and last name and my Id and stuff like that and it said no students found. What do you want me to do???!!! As an kid I really don’t recommend this app unless you know what you are doing but I still think this app can have some issues fixed up.

Works for us
We moved to Pickerington OH a month ago. We have use this app every day, and it has been spot on every day except one. It really helps timing it so your child isn’t standing in the cold any longer than they need to. I appreciate this app, and wish our former state had something like this!
Horrible
I’ve never written a review about an app before but this one is so bad I just had to do it. To say it never works would not be accurate, but I’ve had it a week now and it has worked once. If I could give it no stars I would. Don’t waste your time with it like I did. Just get your kid out to the bus stop a little early because that’s the better way to know where your bus is.

Completely and utterly useless
Not surprising that this app doesn’t work. This bus company is the WORST as well the app is as inefficient as they are. That satellite says the same date and time and only shows the bus at the bus yard does not update every minute like it so called supposed to. I only rated a 1 because I had to they would have a negative if it was up to me.

Worthless
This app is worthless. Half the time, it is "undergoing maintenance" which seems silly to do during prime bussing hours. When it's not updating, it's poorly organized and, worst of all, highly inaccurate. The bus will be on my street, right in front of me and the tracker will say it's still two streets away. I tried the app last year and ended up uninstalling. Wanted to give it another shot this year, but disappointed that it doesn't work as intended. Nice idea, terrible execution!
