Stay on Top of Health Conditions
I’ve been using the PetPace almost since its inception to monitor Mitral Valve disease in several Cavalier King Charles Spaniels & have found it it be very accurate. There are a few tech troubleshooting tricks, but they are well documented on the PetPace website. Often, I have noticed changes before they became an emergency & have been alerted when there are elevated heart rate or respiration numbers. The developers are responsive when you need help. Every doctor we meet is so impressed by the data & most have never heard of PetPace. The only thing I would change would be the ability to put the monitor on any webbed collar, and for it to have a slimmer profile.

Khloe has a PDA heart condition and epilepsy. This collar is truly amazing. I recently took Khloe to the cardiologist and the data came in handy!
Never synchronise the data
Very bad as the value of the collar is high and it’s about our pet’s health! Isn’t a joke here.

My husband just left a message for your company. We are very displeased with our collar that we purchased less than 2 months ago. My husband opened a ticket a month ago about our collar falling apart and no one got back to him. I also opened a ticket a few weeks ago and never heard back. The collar has now come completely apart. We need a replacement immediately as this collar is used to monitor our dogs heart condition. He is at risk of sudden death. Due to your lack of response to our previous support tickets, you have left us with no option but to dispute this charge on our credit card.

Why no updates
I feel the developers just gave up on this product. You would think for the amount of money you pay for the data this is suppose to supply that the developers would design an intuitive, useful app. I feel like I overpaid for this product and that I should have gotten the whisper instead. I bought this for my epileptic cat hoping it would give me some insight but no. I like the vitals monitors but feel that this should sync more often without the added cost. No GPS so if my cat gets out, this won’t help. I think the developers had a good idea but gave up on taking this product to the next level.
