Would love to use this app but when I open it there is a big rectangle that hides most of the app wanting me to do something about the push notifications.
Can’t book appointment
Trying to book exam, press button and nothing happens
Not as advertised. Fails to meet basic needs.
This app fails to delivers key things that it says it does and what my vets office says it has. Medical records. No way to see my pets history or share it with daycare facilities or boarders. Without that it’s just a sales tool to buy prescriptions and book appointments. Which also do not have a record of what the appointment is/was for.

Time consuming and limited use
This app is a serious downgrade from the previous app used by my Vet. Having to sign a consent form to make an appointment every time after already signing up for the app and being customer is ridiculous. I should be able to set my preference as email or telephone contact and not be required to reset it every time. You can see from the programming of the user interface, but it is also not a polished app. There are several code related titles visible. And the fact that you required to do the consent form every time means the app is not storing information. Then I can no longer make the required appointments I was able to with previous apps. Required to call the vet to make appointments every time. Additionally the app did not transfer my account information completely. It did not maintain my reminders or notifications for vaccines that previous apps provided. The app updated to include one of my dead pets and then sent me reminders for them.

Not easy to navigate from a phone. When I click on past appts except to get data from that appt.
Not great from a cellphone. Too many clicks to get the notes from a past appointment

Downloaded it for the same reasons as everyone else. Set up my account - and just continues to say “oops something went wrong” I’ve deleted and redownloaded. I’ve reset my phone. Unsure how to fix this but really inconvenient

Michigan City Animal Hospital has been one of the best in the area for our dog. The service and their grooming deserve 10 stars. But there is only five. 😳
Love crossroads
All the staff from the front checking in to the back with the Technician and the Dr, they are all the best and so caring and nice. Been coming to this vet clinic for 25 or more years, wouldn’t got or trust any other vet clinic with all my fur babies.. Isabel(Izzy) Hutchinson and family.

Full of glitches
This app is full of glitches and does not work well. Many of the fields like the password and your pet's birthday etc. are highlighted in yellow and the text is white which makes impossible to see. Don't they test this before making it a feature? Also when I tried to upload my pet's photo it kept saying the file was invalid, which makes no sense because it's just a regular photo in my phone that uploaded easily into other pet-related apps. And, I would enter information into various fields, click Save, and then find the information was not saved.

New Users
I’m new to the app. Twice the vet’s office had to reset my account. I followed all instructions. Once I get to the “Please read the terms and conditions” page and I check of to accept the terms, it does not allow me to go any further. At first I thought I did something wrong. Secondly, I deleted the app and re-download it. I followed all instructions and end up in the same situation. Not even the vet’s office could figure this out. It is confirmed that this is an app issue. This is terrible & discouraging for new and present pet owners. The last update was a week ago and did not bring any relief to all those waiting to use the app. Unfortunately it’s useless at this point.
UPDATE: I reached out to support by email and fixed the problem. I’m pleased with supports quick response and was able to help. Love the app! Wonderful features and friendly.

Won't let me download
I have been trying to download this app for 40 mins but every time I do so it ask me to put in a credit card or ask for my password.
Bad
Cant find my email or phone, cant find any vets in my town. Will not let me reset anything. Worthless!
Horrible
Trying to add a new pet in the app and it gives me nothing. Only thing I can do is edit the current pet. Sure wish my Vet Clinic would have stayed with the other app. It you are looking at this for your clients… don’t.
