Still can’t sign up
I downloaded this app months ago and it still won’t allow new users to sign up, states that “this is an early version of the app and new registrations are not available.” Pretty pathetic that a multi-million dollar company won’t spend the money to get their own app working. Do better, Petro.

The option to register new cards is still not working. It’s been a few months since petro canada is doing the validation process and now it’s taking too long.

As a company driver, I keep track of my fuel usage and expenses and a lot of the fuel stations do not show a price per liter or even a total price on the pump or the receipt so this is extremely frustrating

Glitches
They changed my pin as a result of so many of their clients info being stolen. Now I can’t get gas at card locks. The pin I’m using is correct but an error message comes up at the pump and the app doesn’t work to fuel up anymore.

I can’t sign up! I have a petro pass card for the bulk stations and I would like to have some way to view my statements and card activity over the multiple cards I have.

I got a super pass card that says to download this app it won’t even let me register?
Non responsive
App has great features if they were working, this would be a good app. Not allowing me to sign up a new card, I’ve been waiting a while for that issue to be fixed and nothing has happened so far. I’m gonna delete it because it seems like the developer has abandon it too

Can’t sign up even after consulting with PETRO-PASS representative on the phone.

Having to sign in everytime I fill up is a pain. The app isn’t responsive and full of technical bugs.
Only suncor super pass customers have access
If you are not a suncor member and have signed up with a local marketer this app does not work!

Make a better app!
Just using card is quicker, as you have to sign in everytime you open the app. Map feature is useless for planning, keeps recentering to current location. Need a receipt anyways for a shower.

App continues to recenter the map around a ‘selected’ station, which will be the nearest one to you when you first opened it up. When you then try to zoom out to look for other stations along your route it keeps redrawing the map around that selected first station, I need the ability to scroll and zoom in on the map to see where other stations are along my route and this makes it impossible unless you are lucky enough to quickly tap on one of those other locations where it then enter the map there. Makes it almost unusable.

Not secure, no receipts available after fuelling
App would not register that I had finished fuelling for almost 20 minutes after pumps were turned off.No receipt available now as it says I didn’t finish fuelling.No wonder the petro pass cards are so easily compromised.Subpar app would be a compliment at this point.Customer service wasn’t helpful at all.No fuel receipt means no showers,also.And the stores cannot access transactions to provide receipts.

App is horrible. When scrolling map for locations it keeps returning to where you started making it difficult to pinpoint locations.
