I have a seven passenger vehicle and I cannot seem to access that option or tier. When I try to use the "Chat with Support" option I get <Zendesk error. Account not found. Could not retrieve settings.> even though regular fares show up on occasion. Can someone reach out to me please? I operate in Toronto and I drive a Pacifica.
