Not getting code
I am trying to create account in app and asked me to enter my phone number but I didn’t receive any code. I tried multiple times but no luck
I want refund
I have been charged for driver membership and HOVR never issued a receipt for the same. I have raised multiple tickets for that as well as emails no revert and today i got charged again without my consent. I want refund for the membership and all the auto debit should be stopped immediately

i sighed in for this app i paid too but still my documents are not approved yet other days are wasted of membership. Scammers
The Canadian Rideshare Conpany
I’m waiting for a change, the app is perfectly fine now and Stripe payment process is smooth now. The only thing is that there are no customers and enough drivers too. At least now we all must think about Canadian economy and start using this app instead of USA based apps.

After reading all reviews, I came to know that it is like Aam Adami Party (AAP)
Millions of drivers are waiting for this kind of app, drivers will convince passengers to use Hovr, guys just make the app professional. Invest your time and money, demand is so high
Not getting paid
Its been a month since I have given 4 rides but I havent got paid for those rides. Every week I call them and they say that the money will be credit either by friday or by monday but never received any. They are so accurate in taking the membership fee but when it comes to paying the driver, they are just delaying.

It’s complete scam
I signed up last month and I paid for membership 49$ and my account not approved up to date and this month the charge my credit card again 20$ and my account is not approved, it means I am not driving, I call customer support number and forwarded forwarding me to answering machine and no one call me back 🤷♂️
I am going to call my credit card company to reimburse the money.

I feel satisfied when I see the amount after completing the ride. Drive 8 kms recently and was paid nearly $14. What more ?I am happy

I would love to drive for HOVR , I understand the rideshare is not in the United States as of this date (8/29/2024) , and I am assuming this is the reason I cannot sign up in the driver app as a driver? Don’t like
I paid $45 last month for HOVR membership as driver. I didn’t get any ride till now and calling them for refund. No one is responding and their customer support team is super arrogant
Trouble supporting team and no User
I was a member for about 4 months at a cost of over $100 plus municipal fees, and in all that time I only received 1 trip ($20), which money disappeared from the program. Very poor support. They only automatically charge the monthly subscription fee and do not care about the passenger and the driver. No advertising and marketing. I left this app today with a loss of 100 dollars and I strongly do not recommend joining this program
