App is great for ease of navigating and being able to shop on. But the vouchers/offers need to be more personalised to what you regularly buy

Maddy on the till at the Hedge End branch was super helpful, when I was having difficulty ordering online. She sorted the issue for me

Changing an item on repeat order
This website is usually okay, but I needed to change my dogs food to a mature version and I found it quite difficult to switch a product on a repeat order. Quite tricky I felt.
Wouldn’t honour voucher
When I came to checkout the website reminded me to apply my voucher save £2 when you spend £10 on dog food but it would not apply it and just kept telling me to try again. Eventually I gave up as I needed to send the order. It was a waste of time and I am out of pocket!
Next day delivery is not 3 days after
Lies I payed 5£ for next day delivery but this is not really. Es need my order tomorrow please.
Difficult to navigate lots out of stock
Spent over 2 hours messing around & being thrown off the site and basket repeatedly emptied on me. Finally got to check out & couldn’t do that until I removed all out of stock items. A very strange website

Ongoing issue with vouchers
It shows I have personalised vouchers but when you click on the link it tells you that you don’t have any vouchers. This is an ongoing issue.
