Comically dated and dysfunctional
PetSitClick is ancient and so poorly made it would fail a high school freshman’s computer science assignment. The interface is clunky, scheduling and route management are disasters, and it’s obvious the developers abandoned it years ago. On top of that, their customer support is laughable—I reached out three times, was ignored twice, and then told to email the same address I’d already tried, only to be ignored again. Do yourself a favor and use Time To Pet or Scout instead—they actually work.

Great developer and a decent app
I’ve been using Pet Sit Click software for five years. Can’t Imagine running my business without it. Scott always takes any software suggestions seriously. yes Apple app was glitchy at first but the bugs have been fixed and it works well as long as you have good data coverage. sometimes people blame internet issues on the app.

Very useful for our needs
I’ve been using this app for a few years now. I think overall it works wonderfully. Are there glitches? Yes, from time to time. Fortunately, Scott, addresses everything in a timely matter. Over the years I’ve had more glitches with my Android than with this app. When I made the switch to an iPhone a year ago, things have been quite smooth overall.

Needs improvement
The basic idea and function behind this app is great! But it's usability lacks. Glitchy for sure! It needs to be available for Apple watch! For walkers especially! No one wants to lug around a giant smart phone in their pocket that's probably not even big enough for their phone in the first place. I want to be able to check in and out on a watch to make my walks feel more efficient.

Please fix
I never had issues with his app but just since the last update it has caused more problems than good. It didn’t keep the “remember me” locked. 3 our of 5 times I have to re-enter my info. Also it just freezes. I do this as my job! This is too much trouble. I have to be able to clock in and out in a timely manner and the app has to many problems right now for me to do that

Crashes too much!
This app was great at first, but now it’s always crashing! It used to support iPhone X but now it doesn’t. Sometimes it won’t let me log in, and if I’m in a rush it just makes things worse. Please fix this. There have been to many times where it logs me out, and I have to put in my information again. This can take anywhere from 2-5 minutes just trying to log back in.
