Grateful for the Comfort and Relief PetsPEMF Has Given Our Girl
Our dog Panda has double hip dysplasia, and we’ve tried just about everything over the years to help her stay comfortable and mobile. When we started using the PetsPEMF device, I honestly didn’t expect such a visible difference but it’s been incredible.
Within just a few sessions, we noticed she was getting up more easily, walking with less stiffness, and even showing more energy and playfulness again. What I appreciate most is that it’s gentle, noninvasive, and something we can do for her at home, on our own schedule. It’s been such a gift to have an option that supports her recovery without adding more medication.

Super easy to set up
I’m afraid some people might just be too old to figure it out haha I don’t know I followed directions and easily set mine up after the charging time
Does not work
I purchased this product for my dog desperately. Day one after leaving to charge 24 hrs, then 48hrs still issues with connecting. You only get 30 days and you are left with th just the product. When it does work you can walk away and come back to check and it stopped working and you are trying to connect and scan which nothing happens. My dog has never received the benefit of this product and the app does not support or help. I wouldn’t even give this to anyone because it doesn’t work.

I’ve had this mat and this app for 2 days and love it. Sometimes it disconnects or is a little clunky, but any Bluetooth app can be like this. All the app is for is to be a remote. You don’t need to stay connected to finish cycles. You start the session, then close the app. The mat will run. If you open the app and it’s frozen, restart it and it will repair and show where it’s at with the session

Beware!!
I almost never write reviews and have never written one for any app. However, this app is so terrible that it makes me regret purchasing the mat in the first place. I’ve been using it for well over a year and regret “cheaping it out”, not that this is cheap by any means. Just using the app to turn the mat can be a challenge. Getting it to synchronize and turn the mat on should be simple and reliable…. HAH! Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Then, if you’ve managed to get the mat going, it sometimes just stops even though the battery is fully charged. And, unlike the better (more expensive) mats you can’t tell for sure that it’s actually working. Do yourself and your pet a huge favor and buy one of the better mats…. They are out there!

Please don’t waste money on this fake device. The app won’t connect to their device on any phone. You can’t get ahold of any customer service. My vet sang the praises of this device and now I see all the bad reviews. Obviously I can’t use this piece of junk and I will be searching for a new vet who isn’t getting kickbacks.

Please just get a developer to fix your app! I know the pad can be used by tapping box but I can’t change between options pain relief, accelerated healing, etc. Just fix the app.
App horrible and disconnects
Rarely get through an entire 30 min treatment without app freezing or disconnecting. Hard to time things when it randomly stops.
No way to use pad without app so it is frustrating.
Also can’t view treatment history (which only records about half the time) without being connected to the pad.
Pad seems to be helping dog but app makes this almost unusable.

Ditch or fix the app PLEASE
We got the pad yesterday. Our entire home runs in digital so apps aren’t new to us BUT This app is as ridiculous as their idea to ship from Slovenia to deter returns. There is NO WAY to get app or pad support unless to want to join Facebook. The app freezes regularly. There’s no setting to turn off Face ID so only one of us can use the app. Further, the app doesn’t recognize you with reading glasses in the way every other app does. Why can’t they just have an old fashion dial for program and duration like the other PEMF pads do? We purchase these pads to improve our dogs’ quality of life, don’t make it more stressful for pet owners than it already is to have a pet in pain. Please. FIX YOUR APP.

Doesn’t connect
For a $400 I expect prestige quality. Not something I have to mess with for 30 minutes to get it to connect. And you cannot use the product without the app.

I bought this pad for my dog who has an undetermined muscle / spinal issue the vets haven’t been able to properly diagnose. The pad doesn’t seem to have functioning Bluetooth as my phone can’t even sense it to connect. The useless app doesn’t help. Guess it will be going back for a refund. Don’t waste your money!

I was hoping the app wasn’t as bad as the reviews. Considering returning the pad due to the app.

Fix the app
I have had this product for a few months and initially had no issues with the app connecting, but now it’s incredibly annoying. I can never seem to connect and when it does it only holds the connection for a brief moment before it disconnects. I would love to be able to confidently use it as I just had a dog have surgery but I’m not sure at this point!

How can you charge almost $400 for a product where they force you to use the app as the control, and it disconnects from the mat after one second? Truly horrible I never know if the mat is even on or working
Fix the app II
I’m not sure why they can focus on fixing the app and improving the user interface. Too many glitches frustrating to users on their FB community. I see tons of advertising on social media which isn’t cheap. Why don’t they invest in a competent software engineer and user interface consultant? I would buy another product since this one is frustrating to use.

This product relies on the app to do anything. Why have such a terrible app?! The app after the latest release has been terrible. Completely unreliable to connect and run a program. Sometimes it will connect after trying for 5 times. Sometimes it will connect right away. Sometimes if refuses to connect after 15+ attempts and I give up.
