Relaxed vet visit: After making an appointment online, your practice will send you all the necessary documents such as the treatment contract, anesthesia information, data protection agreement and medical history form in your petsXL app. You sign everything electronically, fill out the medical history form digitally and send it back to your practice team. You can check in on site using a QR code and spend the waiting time with your pet in the car, outside or in the waiting room.

Wir sind mit dieser Tierarztpraxis sehr zufrieden! Das gesamte Team ist immer freundlich, professionell und geht mit viel Liebe mit den Tieren um. Unser Hund fühlt sich hier sicher und wohl, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Man merkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Herz machen und dass ihnen jedes Tier wirklich am Herzen liegt. Ein großes Lob für die Fürsorge, Aufmerksamkeit und den tollen Service – für uns sind sie die Besten! 🐾

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, haben wir es geschafft und sind jetzt mit der Praxis „verbunden“. Vor allem die online Terminvereinbarung und die Erinnerungen an die Impfterminen finde ich toll. Es gibt noch andere Möglichkeiten in der App, wir müssen aber darauf warten, dass unsere Praxis das auch macht.

Anmerkung: Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man auch eigene Daten/Termine eintragen könnte, die nicht über den Tierarzt laufen, wie z.B. eine Flohkur oder ähnliches.
