Scammer Application
I have opened an account 6 months ago, I have been reaching out to them for like 6 moths weeks after weeks for the card I applied for. I have verified with my National ID card two Times. But still they did not provide me card. Scammers.
Card activation in review
I have been trying to create a master card for online payments. It has been three weeks my card is in review. And not activated.
And the support team is too weak.

Great App for Bd But support needs work
The app is a game changer For Bangladesh , Especially for those who need Duel currency Transactions without passport I'm personally Referring my Students now.
however , i must mention that the coustomer Support Needs Improvement. When i face issue innitially, the response time was quite slow and the quality of support Wasn't up to the mark. Eventually the issues were resolved and the apps work perfectly now But a faster and more helpful support team would make it 5star
