BE CAREFUL! Never got my direct deposit
I had part of my paycheck direct deposited into my XPlace account. They initially claimed they never received it until I provided the transaction ID from my employer. Even after confirming they found the deposit and after I submitted my pay stubs, they still haven’t credited my funds.
It’s been almost a week, and all I get is, “We’re waiting on our specialist” from customer support. I can’t recommend this app based on my experience.

I’ve tried most (if not all) of the crypto banking/lending apps on the AppStore. Over time, the majority of them begin to offer fewer perks for more money. But this one has been the complete opposite. They continue to implement cooler features, better UI/UX, and competitive rates/benefits - without changing their fee structure (as far as I’m aware.
I know this platform is still relatively new - especially compared to most of their competitors. But, when it comes to customer service and support - they’ve consistently treated me like I’m their most valuable customer. They’re polite, quick to respond, and helpful whenever I’ve had an issue (which is rare). It almost made me suspicious at first. But then - literally - every single time… they bend over backwards to make sure I’m happy with the end result. For me… that alone has made my experience with this platform worth returning to. If that was all - I’d say this warranted a 5-star review. But that’s just the first few - of many complements I have for this platform, the app, its features and the incredible team they’ve assembled.
