Deposit Check Error
Whenever I try to deposit a check, it gives me an error saying I must endorse the check, which I have. I see by other reviews that this feature has been broken for at least the last two years so why aren’t you fixing it? Please fix this error and I will update my review.
Multiple faults with functionality
The app doesn’t download to iPhone 11 rendering it unusable. If that’s not a non-starter, once the app is actually downloaded to prior iPhone versions, the functionality is so poor or lacking in development that one key reason for using an app for banking isn’t possible. A high school student could develop something better than this. It never should have been released without basic functionality in play.

Cant get into app and customer svc says there is no problem
I used to use this app to deposit. Six or more months ago it stopped working for deposits. No biggie. I lived in NJ. Now I am unable to even log on and the reset code won’t send. Called customer service and they said everything is fine on their end and nothing they can do. I now live in FL with no access to a walk in bank. So ... yea. I loved the customer service when I lived in NJ. Now I have to switch banks 😢

I see other complaints that the Deposit feature does not work, some going back years, most recent April 2020. How can a bank have an

Cannot deposit check using mobile
Once the Coronavirus lockdown is over, I’ll be moving to a bank where this feature works.
