Paper app
The app is terrible for phone use. And it will stop working even when reinstalling the app. It is hit or miss if the app lets you enter on the phone. It is not from an incorrect ID or password. It needs to be revised for much better phone usage and not just I pads. It’s to the point we are ready to cancel the subscription.

So much more convenient
The digital form of PG is so much more convenient, sitting in the car waiting for someone or just sitting in the house doing nothing. So much easier just picking up the iPad or iPhone and read the paper at your convenience no pressure no waste no recycling really enjoying it.
Easy to use, good extra content
I appreciate being able to see extra content, like videos or more photos with a news story. The download is easy to navigate, I can make the type larger easily, and the format is my familiar newspaper.
Great reporting
Appreciate the in-depth reporting on issues national and local as well as global. Appears balanced. Informative. Please put more articles on the climate crisis on the front page.

Excellent way to read the paper
Easy, intuitive user interface, enjoy being able to read full articles by using the headline links. No unnecessary clutter. Highly satisfied.
