I don’t like the fact that the app is requesting for Bvn for tier 3 account, I mean this isn’t a banking app and it’s not even licensed by the CBN, this is off and I will rather delete the app than to put my Bvn on a trading platform, what happens to other means of identification like ID CARD

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and I’m rating you people zero, and I’m using this opportunity to tell everyone that this is a scam app. Immediately I set to trade I was logout after sending the card details and I was unable to login back I sent countless of messages to the customer support no one responded back to me.
