Login issues
I have been having issues login into my account how come all of sudden I can’t log into my account after making a bitcoin deposit..
Payment failing
I used my account once for card and I got delivered fast enough I was glad about. So I lost access to my app for some while because of some personal issues on getting back to use the app bitcoin wallet since Wednesday have been trying to send out my cash in the account till today (Sunday) nothing seems to be working and have been lodging complain to the customer support team since Wednesday till now nothing seems to be working at all. I won’t lie, I felt bad because I never expected this app to be like this because what if I needed an urgent money and my only hope is the money in my spacetrade account? What if?????
Please the teams can do better as this kind of issue can be a turn off for other people to continue using the app. Thank you.
