If something happened to your funds, we'd like to help you understand what occurred. Please write to us at support@muun.com with the details, and we'll do our best to look into it with you. We'd also like to clarify something important: Muun is a fully self-custodial wallet. This means that only you hold the keys to your funds, and only you can move them. Muun has no access to your Bitcoin at any point and cannot move it, freeze it, or take it from you.

Not True Lightning Address
This app waxes Lightning Network users with very high fees by doing ‘high priority submarine swaps’ which increase the size of the transaction on-chain ( instead of using Lightning Network) and costng the user 10-20 times greater in fees when they could save that by just using the normal on chain network during low traffic to make their transfer.

Please fix the bug, I can’t access my money and I don’t have a recovery phase, I just downloaded this wallet and money received in it and now I can’t access the app, please don’t steal my money 🙏
