The radio goes wireless • Your kv4p radio now connects over Bluetooth. No cable, no adapter, just pair it like any other device. • You can flash the radio's firmware straight from the app, in one tap. No computer, no holding tiny buttons. • Lightning now shows on the map. Strikes from the ground network and from satellite, so you can see a storm building before it finds you. • Everything voice now lives in one place under Settings: the agent, your channels, the radio, and which microphone you're actually using. • One channel at a time by default, like a real radio. Pick a channel and it leaves the last one. Turn on multi-channel in settings if you'd rather listen to several. • Navigation says what it's doing now: Direct, Route, or Competition. And your task edits finally stick, including renames, radius changes and reordering turnpoints. • PureTrack is now a connected service. Switch it on and your live track shows up there too. • Muting a channel actually silences it. Muting Local used to look muted and keep playing, sorry to everyone who hit that at a comp. • Your radio connects to your radio, not whichever one answered first, and it always unmutes again after a transmission. • Clearer radio audio in both directions, and the mic closes when nothing needs it instead of sitting open all flight. • A barometer hiccup at startup could quietly cost you altitude data for a whole flight. Fixed. • The map no longer goes blank mid-flight. We found two ways that could happen. • Your top speed and best climb no longer get thrown off by the odd GPS glitch. • Takeoff names on your own flights show up and stay put, and flights that got cut short still get a map preview. • Live tracking to XContest stays one flight now, instead of splitting when the app restarts mid-air. • Editing a competition start gate no longer overwrites the field while you're typing in it. • Group leaders can finally delete their own groups. • Preflight no longer tells you location permission is missing when it isn't. • Faster airspace and obstacle warnings, and lighter weather downloads.
