Deposits nowhere to be found
Have made two standard deposits, it’s been days and no cash has been added to my wallet nor is there any update but my bank took out the deposit. Support wasn’t any help either. Don’t use them.

Continues to get worse
This used to be a great crypto wallet but the changes they’ve made over the last 12-18 months have made it significantly worse. Starting with Phantom Cash. You can no longer directly buy crypto in your wallet. You need to add cash through one of their VASPs who all charge a fee, then to move that cash to your wallet you need to pay another fee. I historically used to be able to purchase USDC straight into my wallet without paying fees (although later some of the VASPs also added fees), but you didn’t have to pay a 2nd transfer fee. The UI has also taken a turn for the worse. It’s more complicated to use apps or websites through the app. They used to have rankings for apps and I think that is gone now. Just overall there’s been a few changes that have made this app worse over the last year or 2, I plan to move to Solfare.
