Cool but heavily flawed
Has the potential to be a really good app. However it’s insanely unrealistic. There’s no need to grill someone into oblivion about getting cold and flu medication. Did another scenario where you are to dispense someone’s medication, and even after finding they need to slow their rate of taking the drug, there’s no way to slow it. And after the game tells you, “you didn’t really do anything for the patient”

this game don’t even work, i had to make a free trial but it won’t get pass the screen and keeps crashing
Punched tutorial Tina. 5 stars.
I wasn't looking for a pharmacy sim when I found this and don't remember what I was looking for when I saw it. It looked unique, so I downloaded it for some fun. I have no interest in working at a pharmacy IRL, but this is the kind of thing I could enjoy in a game. While playing with the UI, I punched tutorial Tina and she fell to the ground. Then she tells me something like "have fun and happy learning." Had to buy it after that lol

So the issue is that i am unable to purchase the extension pack because of a technical issue on their end, do not download the game if you plan to have fun
