Doesn’t work
The app stopped recognizing my correct pin. It won’t allow me to reset it. The help desk was unable to “help”. I was told it just doesn’t work for some people. Should have zero stars.
Worked great; now it’s a dud.
After my first appointment the app worked flawlessly. It was great. I just had my second appointment and now the app is a struggle daily. It spins and spins and then I have to play a guessing game on where to push for it to accept my answers. Very frustrating.
