Smarter Apple Health linking and a set of reliability fixes. Swap disciplines on the fly. Planned a ride but went for a run? Open the workout in Phasr and it offers to link the Apple Health activity as a substitute. One tap marks the session completed, and the workout keeps a visible note showing what was swapped. Apple Health workouts now link to your plan even if the session was already marked as missed when you opened the app. Ride on Monday, open Phasr on Wednesday, and that ride still snaps to its scheduled slot. Hikes, yoga, rowing and other activities from Apple Health are no longer imported as runs. They count toward your training load, but they can no longer auto-complete a scheduled running session. Cycling distance from Apple Health was often empty in the completion sheet. Phasr now reads distance the way newer Apple Watches record it, so it shows up for indoor and outdoor rides alike. Triathlon plans with more than one workout on a day now respect your daily training window, including during build weeks with higher volume. Both sessions scale proportionally so the total fits the time you set. Reliability fixes: - Applying a missed-workouts suggestion no longer moves your race day, and workouts are never shifted past your event date - A stalled Garmin connection now times out cleanly instead of leaving sync stuck until you reconnected - The taper notice now appears only when your plan is actually in the taper phase, matching what the plan tab shows - VO2max and weight in your profile now always use the newest Apple Health measurement - Full translation sweep: every screen, banner, notification and coach note matches your device language
