About

Phasr builds a personalized training plan for your goal and adapts it based on how training actually goes. Not a static plan that no longer fits two weeks later, but a coach that adjusts as you go. ADAPTIVE PLAN The app tracks how many sessions you complete and suggests adjustments when it makes sense. Missed two workouts in a row? Shift your plan by a week with one tap. Three strong weeks? Consider more volume. Change your weekday availability? Workouts move automatically with you. BUILT FOR YOUR SPORT Specific plans for running (5K to ultra), triathlon (Sprint, Kwart, Olympic, 70.3, Full Ironman), Hyrox, and cycling. Plans use proven periodization with build weeks, recovery weeks, and a focused taper into your event day. FITS YOUR WEEK Set per day how long you can train (1h, 1.5h, 2h, or 3h+). Key sessions like long runs and intervals land on your longer days. Lighter workouts on shorter days. Tell Phasr which days you can do which sport, and the plan respects it. SYNCS WITH YOUR TOOLS Automatic Apple Health integration: completed workouts link to your plan, HRV and resting heart rate are tracked, VO2max informs your pace zones. Push your weekly workouts to your Garmin watch with one tap. Push reminders for upcoming sessions and plan suggestions, respecting quiet hours. TRACKS YOUR TRAINING LOAD Training load metrics (ATL, CTL, TSB) with 14-day charts show how your body is responding. Pace zones are calculated from your threshold pace or VO2max, with safeguards so easy-paced tempo runs do not skew future targets. PRIVATE BY DESIGN All training data is stored locally and syncs only between your own devices via iCloud, so your plan stays in sync across iPhone and iPad. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party data sharing. The developer does not collect any data from this app. Built by athletes, for athletes.

What's New in Phasr

2.0.1

July 13, 2026

Smarter Apple Health linking and a set of reliability fixes. Swap disciplines on the fly. Planned a ride but went for a run? Open the workout in Phasr and it offers to link the Apple Health activity as a substitute. One tap marks the session completed, and the workout keeps a visible note showing what was swapped. Apple Health workouts now link to your plan even if the session was already marked as missed when you opened the app. Ride on Monday, open Phasr on Wednesday, and that ride still snaps to its scheduled slot. Hikes, yoga, rowing and other activities from Apple Health are no longer imported as runs. They count toward your training load, but they can no longer auto-complete a scheduled running session. Cycling distance from Apple Health was often empty in the completion sheet. Phasr now reads distance the way newer Apple Watches record it, so it shows up for indoor and outdoor rides alike. Triathlon plans with more than one workout on a day now respect your daily training window, including during build weeks with higher volume. Both sessions scale proportionally so the total fits the time you set. Reliability fixes: - Applying a missed-workouts suggestion no longer moves your race day, and workouts are never shifted past your event date - A stalled Garmin connection now times out cleanly instead of leaving sync stuck until you reconnected - The taper notice now appears only when your plan is actually in the taper phase, matching what the plan tab shows - VO2max and weight in your profile now always use the newest Apple Health measurement - Full translation sweep: every screen, banner, notification and coach note matches your device language
