The Providence Health Care (PHC) Directory app is a quality improvement project designed to help the staff of Providence Health Care hospitals communicate with each other in a more direct and efficient manner. This app allows hospital staff to call various departments within the hospital directly from their iPhones without the need to go through switchboard.
The PHC Directory app was made possible by generous grants from the Providence Health Care Facility Physicians Engagement Initiative through Doctors of BC and the Providence Health Care Office of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships.
