The Serre Financial MedAfford mobile app allows quick and easy PHSP claim submission enabling users to expedite the refund process. Plan participants can submit their Private Health Services Plan claims directly through their phone immediately after incurring the expense without having to collect and submit a full set of expense. Participants can use the app anytime to view their balance account and the status of pending claims. The app is designed for quick submission of a claim without all the data entry. This app compliments the full featured online MedAfford web application. This app is only available to active employees participating in a PHSP sponsored by their employer and administered by Serre Financial. Participants login to the app using their assigned MedAfford username and password.
