Too many technical issues
I tried using this app and it wouldn't let me answer the first questionnaire. Then the audio went out. Tried on a mobile browser and laptop using every browser i have access to (chrome, safari, edge, and Firefox) and i either couldn't open it or couldn't complete it. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. Got an ai assist that was not helpful at all. Did updates on my devices and tried again only to have the same issues. It's been 2 days and I've reached my limit. This program is garbage all the way around. Was a great idea, but do better

App issues
The app has too many technical issues. I couldn’t connect with customer support any other way besides the app chat. The chat didn’t work so I had to use email and they don’t respond back in a timely manner which resulted in me sending an interview that was completed. I would have felt better if I talked to someone and knew for a fact that the issue couldn’t have been solved. Very sad about this because the company I’m applying for is so big and it was a surprise to even get an interview invite to begin with.
