Too many technical issues
I tried using this app and it wouldn't let me answer the first questionnaire. Then the audio went out. Tried on a mobile browser and laptop using every browser i have access to (chrome, safari, edge, and Firefox) and i either couldn't open it or couldn't complete it. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. Got an ai assist that was not helpful at all. Did updates on my devices and tried again only to have the same issues. It's been 2 days and I've reached my limit. This program is garbage all the way around. Was a great idea, but do better

App issues
The app has too many technical issues. I couldn’t connect with customer support any other way besides the app chat. The chat didn’t work so I had to use email and they don’t respond back in a timely manner which resulted in me sending an interview that was completed. I would have felt better if I talked to someone and knew for a fact that the issue couldn’t have been solved. Very sad about this because the company I’m applying for is so big and it was a surprise to even get an interview invite to begin with.

I loved that it gave ample amount of time. Also, if you needed to restart it gave you that option as well. Overall, great app! Nothing was complicated to work and no buffering and blurring..

Stress Reliever
Some people struggle from some sort of social anxiety that could make the stress of an in person interview very difficult to handle. I think this does an amazing job for people to look over and make sure everything is exactly how they’d want it to be. Taking away that feeling like they have to do everything perfect the first time around and be judged for it.

this has been one of them best experiences I have experienced with interviewing I was able to prepare myself with the questions that I was asked before actually answering them so I wasn’t nervous it was a very good experience and I will further use this app and recommend it to other people
