Cannot register my device
Not sure why but the product thought Iโm in another country hence cannot register.

Very buggy
First time Philips purifier owner. Constantly disconnects from the app despite the device showing it has a wifi signal and despite using a good quality bt hub and it being in the same room as it. Such a shame

This truly improves the air quality of the room, I get hayfever every year, this product removes a lot of the allergens and makes life much more comfortable. Best buy got it as a deal for ยฃ50
Disconnects
I have reported the disconnecting of the app from the device and have been told there is a known bug. And yet nearly 6 months in no update for what is a known and widely reported defect. Solution is to turn the device on and off at the plug every time you want to use the app . Renders the remote app sort of pointless.

Keeps Disconnecting From the App
My AMF870/35 has started disconnecting from the app after four months of working perfectly. I now have to reconnect it frequently, and even then the pairing process is unreliable, often getting stuck in pairing mode. Itโs frustrating because it was completely stable before and has become much harder to use.

So good for allergies
My daughter has allergies to dust and is struggling to breathe at night. This Phillips air purifier is so good and has helped her sleep so much.When I first tried it the allergy levels went from 4 out of 12 to one out of 12 in about five minutes. Definitely would buy it is worth the money. I have the Pure Protect Quiet edition.

Rarely works
Great when it does work, the problem is that the app rarely does! Have to reconnect the fans to the app all the time and 9 times out of 10 they won't connect, and the fans do not work properly without the app. Have to forget all devices, turn off and on at wall, and hope it works one of the many time I will try, and then repeat the next night. Not really fit for purpose.
