Because one of my grandsons is very allergic that's the reason I bought this. This time he didn't suffer like he did on his earlier visit so that made me very happy!
Bad app connection
This is a very bad app. Every time I open the app it never connected to the device and i have to close and clear the app and reopen. Even when it is connected u minimize it and then open it again the device takes its sweet time to connect. When i tunr off sound sometimes it still makes sound. Fix your connection issues. The time lag is annoying as hell.

Latest app update August 2026 bugs
Been using the app for at least a year, maybe two. Latest update on iOS forgets basic settings like light/dark, beep on/off, and more critically can’t find the heater unless location services in iOS is on - previously it would take just a few seconds longer when location services were off to find the heater via wifi but always did find it. Now it doesn’t at all. Now I have to turn location services on every time before the app can find the heater on wifi (I turn location services off to save battery life on phone). Please fix, it’s time consuming. Otherwise, it was a 5 star app.
