I used to go here once in a while and never had a problem till today! I went to the chino store and the girl in there was rude to my Boyfriend didn’t even ask to see a conformation number or nothing! Someone could have just walked in and took the order! BE BETTER

Won’t Load/Open

The app won’t open/load so that I can order food. I don’t get long for lunch at work, so being able to open the app and order food to be ready for my lunch break would be great. Since the app won’t load, I get my lunch elsewhere where there is a working app.

Can’t get past the initial screen

After downloading and configuring use of location, the app appears to not get past some sort of refresh.

Further investigation seems to indicate the issue occurs across several order apps using Chow Now

Not enough shops on the app

This app only works at 3 locations that I am no where close to. It would be nice if it worked at the locations every where.
