Keeps spinning

The app is useless when it’s ‘Updating’ or ‘Getting news feed’. It should still allow users to move around while loading articles.

I’m deleting this app now. Bye bye.

Very Slow

The recently deployed update gives the app s new look, but it is extremely slow compared to the previous version. Each articale or news takes about 10x longer to load than the previous version

The font size is to small

I like to read philstar and the new layout looks good but you need a magnifying glass to read it. Please make the print bigger or adjustable.

Crashing w new iOS update

App is not working

Says update, but isn't loading. When attempting to redownload, it crashes constantly and repeats the same thing.

I recently updated my phone to ios 9.1.3 and now PhilStar app will not open. All I get is a blank page

Shame

This app used to be so popular. It's my main source of wholesome news from back home, being an OFW. But iOS8 rendered it useless, and no one from Philstar seem bothered to get rid of the bug. Shame big time for an otherwise awesome app.

FIrst thing in the morning...news..when you're on the go...,news and events you've got to know.PhilStar for iOS keeps me inform and educated..nice app..though sometimes it takes time to refresh,love the interface and the design..this app is a must for everyone on the go..

how to navigate

I am a subscriber of Philippine Star. I downloaded your app so that I could read your newspaper when I fo not have the hard copy, especially when I am out of the country. ,

Howevet, I cannot navigate through the newspaper. I opened one section and cannot get out of it. It's probably because I am not computer-savvy? Or could you make navigating a little more user-friendly.

Don't bother

I downloaded this app to keep track of the latest Philippine news.
It was so annoying that I deleted it after a few minutes.
THE ADS WERE RELENTLESS. Flashing and constantly changing.
It occupies a chunk of the screen including a strip which doesn't really need to be there.
The most annoying thing is once you've opened the main news you want to read, you can't find the icon to go back to the main news. NOT USER FRIENDLY. You have to tap several times to capture it as it goes too quick, that is, if you find it.
Sort it out!

Not working..

I had to retract my first review and told some ppl I suggested to download and use this app too that since few weeks ago this doesnt update or work anymore --- no one seems to check and care --- so, better uninstall.. 😪👎
