has a lots of bugs and i cant even use it daily because of the bugs this app has. the website is a lot more reliable but less efficient

GLITCH AND BUG
When I’m logged in, it keeps on saying that schedule is not available, as well as for the grades and so on. I tried logging out and logging in, but it keeps on saying that I’ve put an invalid user and password. I also tried to change my password and requested an OTP, but when I was entering a new password (with at least one lower and uppercase letter, a number, a special character, and 8 characters long), but it still kept on saying that I have to follow the said format which I already did. Until now, I’m still not logged in. I’m hoping that the Developers(?) can fix these because it’s becoming a hassle. Thank you.
