I’ve been using the platform for a while and It’s too many issues. The AI has a habit of not fully answering certain questions that have multiple answers or parts like if one question has multiple answers, It will only answer one part of the question. It has a habit of giving wrong answers too and then when you tell the AI that it’s wrong, it just keeps giving you the same answer that you just said was wrong.Then the only thing you can do about it is thumbs down the response or click that something is wrong with the question, but you can’t even fill in the box when asked what’s wrong because when you do try to fill in the box it won’t let you close the keyboard and submit. I do understand why the company implemented credits however it literally makes no sense when you have to follow up multiples Times because the original answer is wrong. You have to tell the AI that it’s wrong and every time you respond to the AI they’re taking credits even when the AI is constantly giving me the same response i just said was wrong.i used all my credits for one problem and still haven’t solved it and the last response was Q.E.D

You at limited to one question a day without paying. The explanation to my algebra question was very long and had useless parts to it. Overall the makes you pay and is not free as it says. I would recommend Google ai if you need help.

Deceptive selling
I clicked the 7-day free trial button in the app, but after scanning my face for confirmation, the app charged me for a monthly subscription. This happened even though I only intended to use it for a single day and didn't even need the Plus version; I only tried it because of the free trial offer. You can check my usage history; it shows I used it for only one day. Why would I buy the Plus version? I requested a refund within the first few days, and I don't understand why it doesn't qualify for a refund. I haven't opened the app since that day. I signed up for a 7-day trial but ended up paying a monthly fee due to an app error, and you still haven't issued a refund. This is incredibly irresponsible.
