Just downloaded the app and love the interface. Is it possible to import previous swimming sessions from Health?
Great concept, unreliable sensor, and lousy customer support
My son’s swim coach wanted him to pilot this for the rest of the team. First two months worked great. Then the sensor completely stopped working. We couldn’t get anyone to reply to our emails, the coach tried to email… no response.
My son also placed in the top 10 in the virtual league and was promised an arena bag for one season and goggles for the other. Even though we provided our contact and mailing information we still haven’t received these (it’s been over two months)
It makes me wonder if this is still a viable company.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work I tracked a workout through my Apple Watch and the workout isn’t showing up nor is the points that I would have gotten. I also wish all of the features were free because it would make the app so much better. Unfortunately there are too many fitness apps that you have to pay for which in my opinion is a barrier to working out

I’m not a fan of wearing anything like a wristband while swimming due to uneven resistance I end up feeling, so it was sad to find out that the app required a Polar or Apple device to track data. I wish there was an option to manually track yardage and workouts.
TikTok < Phlex
Oh where do I even start, Phlex is my life. I be watching Phlex compilations, I monitor my Phlex heart rate all the time with this, I lowkey be forgetting how much I swam but Phlex got my back. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without Phlex. If Phlex has 100 fans I’m one of them, if Phlex has 10 fans I’m one of them, if Phlex has 1 fan, I’m the only one, if Phlex has no fans I no longer exist.
