Issues disappear
The worst! Downloaded issues disappear. Now they want to charge $4.99 for the digital issue, even though I'm a print subscriber and digital is part of the subscription. Whoever is managing this is in over their head.

Great Magazine App
Great content, well presented. Most user friendly magazine I have seen.
Good app
The only problem I have with this app is that you can't download previous magazines, it always says it can't connect to the server. I've subscribed to this magazine for 6 years it seems I should be able to access issues from a few months ago.
50 minutes is TOO long to Download
Love having a copy on my iPad but it has taken at least 45 minutes to download and a couple of magazines over an hour to download. This would not be as much of an issue except you CANNOT use your iPad for anything else during the download.

I've never written a review on any app - ever! But I felt compelled to write a review for the Phoenix Home & Garden app today. I've been a subscriber of this magazine for years. It's my all time favorite magazine & I look forward to it's arrival each & every month. When my husband bought me a new iPad this weekend I decided to try out the app. To my delight & amazement I loved the app so much I spent the entire afternoon going through the different issues (thank goodness it's Sunday!). They've done a phenomenal job with the content which even includes video. If you're a fan of Southwest design - please stop reading reviews & get this app! It's a must in my opinion.

Annoying ap. had to call magazine to work it out. husband is computer tutor and it really tried his patience.

Works great! I get the digital before the print version. When a relative gave us a subscription after we signed up, I just called and the nice staff added the gift subscription to my time!
Sometimes it works
When new issues are available, they do not show up on the app. I have not been able to see them since March. I suspect their server turns itself off and i need to log in and out to get the new issues. Problem with this, you need your print issue to do this.

I bought the paper subscription and was supposed to get it free for my iPad. I downloaded it and sign in but it is NOT free. Don't know what's up but I'm tired of messing with it! Great idea but it doesn't work.

This app comes free for subscribers and has the content of the regular magazine. It also has additional audio files, expanded photos and even a few extra photos of some houses and artists. Works fine for me with no problems!

I love this App! I have subscribed I this magazine for probably 10 years and am now enjoying the app that is included with my subscription. It is great to be able to access my magazine on the go with my iPad. The colors in the photos absolutely pop on the screen! But I still enjoy my magazine so I can tear out photos of ideas I like.

The app has a problem opening the magazines you have purchased.. In other words they have your money and you have nothing... Oh that's not true.. It did open their free magazine and nothing else.. Even one star is too many!!

Very interesting application but I have problem to get my Visa card accepted when coming to buy any of the magasine.
