Great little printer!
Great little printer, very convenient and easy to use!
Compact and quick
Great little printer and doesn’t take up much space. Highly recommend.
Nasty update insisting on identification and requiring internet
A recent update in 2026 suddenly made this app almost unusable without making an account or logging in by other methods, and without being connected to the internet (why?). I was somehow able to get a simple print done after a few restarts and dodging some screens. That was not the agreement made when the company sold me the hardware, which is good but locked to this app, a few years ago. Prospective buyers of this printer beware.

Amazing product
Such a great piece of work
So easy!
We love how easy it is to print on this and that we don’t have to keep buying ink!
Printer
It printed good
Don’t Bother
This used to be a free app. It now requires a subscription to print anything. I will be throwing away the printer and purchasing one that doesn’t require a subscription.
Perfection!
App works great, printer is dope, and I’ve created so many stickers and labels.
Great printer
Great printing off documents or pictures really good resolution
Love it
Great and simple stuff love it
Won’t connect
It’s been an hour of trying to get to print. I’m done. Very difficult to understand even though I followed the directions.
NEED TO PAY TO PRINT!
Used to be free to print with your Phomemo printer and no they make you pay a subscription fee as well! Meaning the printer is essentially now useless! As when I brought this the app was fee and just had a paid pro mode! VERY ANNOYING AS IVE WASTED £60+ ON THIS PRINTER!!!
App doesn’t work
I bought the printer and got the app with it, it worked fine for a little bit but you have to pay for the subscription monthly or yearly i paid for the yearly plan it was $36.99, and im still not able to use the features that it has for the yearly subscription i’ve tried contacting them, but nobody answers through the live chat in the app and I tried emailing and finding a customer service number and nothing it’s very frustrating for me and my business I definitely wouldn’t recommend!!

LOVE IT (tho…)
I absolutely love this app! It has worked wonders for me, especially for my daily assignments. It makes everything so much easier and simplifies the whole process of printing. The only downside is that sometimes the prints can come out a little unclear. However, I understand that this is because the printer uses thermal paper instead of ink, so the quality won’t always be perfect. Other than that, the app is great, and I 100% recommend it if you don’t mind the printing being a little unclear sometimes.

Worth it
True Blue
This is a nice printer that worked great right out of the box. It’s easy to use and prints quality papers.
Phomemo printers are the best!!!
I love both of my Phomemo printers. I have one that prints everything from 2” through size A2 I believe it is, and another one that prints 2”, 3” and 4”. I had a third one that printed 2” only but I donated that one to my friend. They have several different types and colors of printer paper that they sell as well and I’ve purchased many of the different varieties. My favorite so far though is the clear or transparent sticker paper as I have an endless amount of uses for it. I just wish I could find it in the 4” size again. Lately I haven’t had any luck when searching for that specific size. I did find the 2 & 3” though so that will probably be what I’ll purchase next. I should also mention that I am 47 years young so these printers aren’t just for kids; they’re suitable for all ages! If you’re considering purchasing any of the various styles or sizes they offer, do it! You won’t be disappointed!
