I have attempted several times to print on the M832. After contacting Ai I’ve gotten nowhere. Horrible customer service!!!

It worked for the first 3 stickers then followed the instructions then it just didn’t work
forced subscription
I purchased a Phomemo T02 printer expecting to use it for basic printing. After reinstalling the official app on my iPhone 15 Pro, I cannot access the printer without being directed to subscribe to Phomemo Pro. There is no option to continue with the free version—every path leads to the Apple subscription screen. I deleted and reinstalled the app and still had the same problem. Customers who already own the printer should be able to use basic printing without being forced into a subscription. Please fix this.

I like the printer but just didn’t know you had to pay for the app until it was delivered. Just wish I had known so I could’ve planned better
Worst printer and app
The amount of stencil paper I have wasted from this app stopping half way or ruining the sheet is absolutely insane. Also I paid for a full year up front and it doesn’t expire until April of next year yet keeps trying to make me buy the subscription any time I try to print anything with their pro stencils.

Not what it was
I’ve been using this for about 2 years and printing with no problems. It was quick and efficient when I needed diagrams or graphs in my notebooks. Buying sticker paper wasn’t even a problem. Now it’s a useless box that sits on my desk. I should NOT have to pay a subscription to use something I purchased and own.

Printer is good but their GenAI slop app ruins it
The front page is so full of generative AI slop that I cannot find the function to print my own images, which is the reason I bought this product! As an artist it’s really sad to see this, as generative AI actively steals the work of creators. This product is meant to help artists with their creativity rather than steal from them while making their software more difficult to use.
