Charged me $100! Couldn’t refund

I did the trial and it then automatically bought the $100 app! I sent an email to get a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. It’s a year subscription and super expensive and I never once used it!

I love the daily tidbits provided by Imprint - and the variety of topics is very generous. The information is well- vetted and relevant. In addition, the customer service is prompt and helpful- you actually connect with a real person who doesn’t rely on a script.
