Nice app, helpful support team
I haven’t used the app much yet, but must say the support team is great. I wasn’t sure if I should invest money in the app because of the usual ‘subscription’ issues where it’s not clear how to cancel a subscription etc, and did accidentally by one click buy a second thing that I didn’t intend to, got in touch with the customer service and Lisbeth responded quickly, refunded the money for the second thing I didn’t mean to buy and also made sure that my subscription is cancelled for the end of the term I bought. Very happy with the support! Thank you, Lisbeth, really appreciate it. Always nice to know there is actual people at the end of a help line who genuinely want to help.
