Poor content

I downloaded this wanting an app to help me with creative writing, paid $20 and was so disappointed. The content was at best generic and was in no way helpful. After a couple of days, I deleted the app. I did not sign up for a subscription, but somehow was charged an additional $50 3 months after the initial purchase. This is not listed in my app subscriptions. I can’t find any way to stop them from charging me $ without having my credit card company stop it.

I accidentally subscribed to this and didn’t realize. The whole team was super helpful!! Very nice, very professional, and helped me any time they could. Definitely one of the nicest and most helpful customer service teams I have had the pleasure of talking to lately. These days you get thrown around to computers which usually leads to no help but not here. Thank you guys again! :)))

Not helpful

I’m trying the singing section of the app and finding it incredibly frustrating. The exercises seem well designed, but they play a tone once and expect you to remember it. And I’m not sure that the app is picking up the correct tone that I’m singing. I may be off but it’s indicating I’m way off. But the fact that I can’t replay the tone or sing with a tone is more frustrating than it is helpful.

Cancellation

Their cancellation process is set up in such a way that you have to navigate through several screens. Unless you know to keep clicking though, the account will not be cancelled and they will continue charging the subscription fee.
They get 1 star from me for being deceptive.
