Bonjour, je voulais choisir cette application pour accéder aux leçons de socialisation. Pourtant, pour y accéder, il faut obligatoirement faire un essai gratuit que je dois payer. Je ne suis pas fait pour essayer des applications gratuites au téléchargement mais payant en pratiquant. Je ne suis pas fait pour payer mais tout simplement essayer. Et voilà.

Try to cancel

I saw they were charging me $38 and decided it was too much. I tried to cancel my subscription and suddenly there were issues on their end and their email no longer worked.

Don’t subscribe. Don’t download.

Support team member Lisbeth made it easy of me to resolve issues I ran into, even talked to the manager to run my case by them without me having to push for it at all. Appreciated the extra effort she put in to address my concern with best outcome!

Buyer Beware

Stupid app. Doesn’t work well and T&C are predatory. Got a random charge for $122 after not using app for ages. Had to google to determine which shady app I was allegedly subscribed to. Super shady avoid at all costs

ROBBERY!!!!

This app is a scam!!! There are multiple different charges once you download - charges that are not clearly made known to you! I contacted them to stop the charges and they canceled one and left another one open. Billing me $38 a month until discovered. I don’t even remember the lessons from the trial that it was supposed to be so clearly they weren’t that helpful at all.

On ne peut pas se désabonner. Soit disant il faut revenir car l’appli a un problème. J’ai été débité de 7 et 40€ j’espère que ça va s’arrêter là …
Et bien sûr toujours la mm réponse…
Comment ça se fait qu’Apple ne réagisse pas ? Plus d’1 an qu’ils st peinard a prélever sans la moindre sanction !!!
