Too Good To Be True

I DESPISE WHEN APPS ADVERTISE AS THIS HELPFUL PERFECT APP WITHOUT PRESENTING THAT THERE IS A PAYWALL TO ACCESS ANYTHING I DON’T WANNA SUBMIT TO A FREE TRIAL BECAUSE I STILL HAVE TO GIVE MY CARD INFORMATION TO USE THAT FREE TRIAL WHICH I WILL FORGET AND EVENTUALLY BE CHARGED FOR NOT RECOMMENDED

Free Trial User

The free trial was fine, Imprint refunded me as well.

Dull - no interaction

Very dull app. I thought promotional material that there would be some level of interactivity. But it’s simply reading little blurb of information. I can get this information but no charge of lots of other places. Canceled subscription immediately.

Minimal educational content

Signed up from an ad for its art lessons - there was ONE. It took me 8 minutes to complete. Otherwise full of vacuous content, not serious. You would learn more “facts” down the pub. A shame, as could be good.

Subscription Doesn't Show in iCloud Settings

The subscription for the app is not listed in the ICloud subscriptions in settings of iPhone. They did not send an email or have a place where I would know this would renew and charge $75! Beware when you're trying this out because there is no notice of the end of your trial!

$$$

Cannot stand when you download a “free app” to set up a profile and preferences to learn that you actually have to pay to use the app. No problem if they are up front about it but after wasting 5 mins of my time it is upsetting.

Charge you after you delete

I don’t even remember making an account, I only have one email, and tried to “log in” with Apple ID to see what’s up, but it said I have a new account. Tried to charge me 74.99 and said the “trial is over”. First off, who agreed to pay 74.99 after a trial period?? Second there was no account that was made, I still don’t have an account.

I absolutely love this micro learning tool, it has helped me in my career and life in so many valuable ways

Grateful

It’s so easy for me to be distracted by social media and “breaking news”. I have a traumatic brain injury and so I’m home. It’s difficult for me to read books now. Imprint reads material that stimulates my brain in an educational way. The History and philosophy lessons seem to be helping me remain more focused then I’ve been since my injury 8 years ago.

Love! Sad it’s not free :(

I love this app! It is genuinely so helpful! It is a bummer it costs money after 7 days, however I can see how it would be worth it.

Annual subscription and price

Allowing a monthly subscription instead of an annual subscription would make me want to subscribe. They also don’t post the price of the annual subscription when I click on my membership, since I am in a 14 day trial period, which feels slimy.

simple and beneficial

They offer first time users a 30 day trial for only about a dollar which I personally believe is awesome, the courses aren’t too long and the actual content is tangible, in the sense you retain it well by how things are explained. Try your best to keep your streaks!

One of the best apps I’ve downloaded

Definitely useful and a great way to improve various aspects of one’s life. Unfortunately you do need a subscription and it is expensive but worth it in my opinion.

Subscription

Another app where you take a test for 3 min about yourself and then are asked to pay and are offered a free trial for a couple days.

Wants your money

This app is more interested in filling its own bank account than it is in your well-being (I.e. it’s not free after the trial and wants 16 bucks a month from you).

I want to download so bad

As much as I LOVE the concept and design and execution behind this app, it’s not free. I can not justify paying for this app when it claims to be “educational social media”, when I’m already in student loan debt for classes I had to take to graduate but didn’t actually learn anything from. Just feels like a reversed concept in my opinion. Doing fine in my career thanks to my degree, but I’d LOVE to continue learning new things from this app. I do not understand why this has to be a paid app. The free version of the app is so limited I can’t even justify having the free version. So stupid.

love this for learning!!

No reply to emails

Paid for an annual membership but had issues logging on - sent an email a week ago and no reply whatsoever. I’d particularly wanted to use it on two long journeys which have now passed. Appalling customer services. Looks great but be warned if there’s any issues you may end up having paid money for nothing.

Didn’t know I needed it

Got 3 beautiful children and I didn’t know how much I needed it to learn to be better for them
