Worst app I have ever used
This is by far the worst company and app I have ever attempted to use. Functionality is horrendous.

Only written one negative review in my life and it is this one!!!! Never have I come across such an awful app. It took 10 mins to setup my account and pay. Difficult to navigate in the app and a terrible reset password option. Shame on you Brentwood Council for making your customers use this app!!
Dismal
Everything about this app is bad. It’s a pain to set up. It’s unreliable. It upsells you to SMS messages that the app could just do itself. In a crowded field of bad parking apps, I think this might be the worst. Shame there’s no option for 0 stars.
Worst App Ever
Booked for a nice meal @ a local restaurant- Wasted 20 minutes trying to access this App - gave up and drove to another area where parking was way more easier .. Sadly the restaurant loss .. how many more people do this ?

Worst parking app out there. Don’t use this for your car park it’s awful, terrible ux. No modern payment options.
Park elsewhere if you need this
Must have been written by a 5 year old wilst blindfolded. How this got through user testing is beyond me, actively avoid parking if this is the app, I’d happily pay double than use this thing again. You’ve been warned, use at your peril.
Diabolical
Absolutely pathetic excuse of an app. Does not work and disappears from the App Store so you can even pay. It’s almost like they want you to get a ticket.
Worst Parking App
This app is so hard work to use. Not only is the app but the website is just as bad. Using the phone call option is even worse. I’d rather pay a parking fine than use this company.

Poor App
Im not an idiot, but this app does is not easy to use! Spent about 30 mins trying to work it out and pay but got 3 failed attempts so ended up using the phone to call to pay and that was just as bad!
A load of UTTER ROT
I wanted to use the app to park. It wouldn’t accept the password that I’d red when first using the app. I then tried to change the password it would not accept the new one either, once I tried to input 7 simple easy to remember characters the second time so as to verify it.. Total ROT
poor app
takes longer than 10 minutes to register so they can fine you.
Phone and… give up
Difficult sign up process. Not integrated with Apple Pay and adding card is very difficult.
Absolute piece of garbage
If at all possible park elsewhere. This app is awful compared to the other five parking apps I have on my phone.
Find another Carpark
Takes about 10min to set up at best! You need to register a card first, this is not paying for the parking. You need to register your car. You need to set up a password but it won’t work with a password manager. The reset text for the password is not compatible with iOS. Just park somewhere else…
