Nothing work as Good
for control over text on photos
I love this app
I don't have a lot of professional stuff to do with it but it's great for making placeholder covers for fanfic so I can have pretty ebooks (or for making a cover for my own fanfic!), or for spitting out a quickie meme for social media, or labeling my cat pics.
I do wish the Plain Images that include Earth and Space could be used in other form-factors than square (like for ebooks), and/or layered atop another Plain Image.
Plus I need some way to toss a couple bucks to the dev every now and then, to keep Phonto from becoming an abandoned app like my favorite ebook reader. (Alas, Marvin! •sob•)

Love it, especially all the filters but is there an app for video editing to add filters that’s just like this one?
Easy to use
I found this app while looking on YouTube, so I thought I would give it a good I aren’t tech savvy thinking I couldn’t use it, it is a really easy and good app
Font Size Stuck
Been using this app for a long time and love it, but recently the font size has become stuck on the previous sizing and won’t allow adjusting any higher than the previous selected sizing. The only solution seems to be to delete and re-install the app, which you have saved fonts is a real bummer to have to do.

Very capable, user friendly, beautiful app.
Allow privacy and word wrap
Issues with this app are the lack of basic word wrap toggle as well as the inability to limit my photo album access to images that I choose rather than all of them, at all times. App is clunky but works.
Ads
This app didn’t use to be overwhelmingly inundated with ads, but now it is. Otherwise, I have always like this app.

PHONTO WENT FROM GREAT TO MEDIOCRE! I've used this app for many years and it's wonderful. You used to be able to get hearts and squares And put words inside them now you can't do any of that!
