About

Phosphor Stage turns your Apple TV into a screen that moves with your music. Two sources, both of them your own audio. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to subscribe to. LINK YOUR MAC Run Phosphor on your Mac and Phosphor Stage renders what it hears, live, on every TV in the house. The Mac listens to whatever is playing on it. The Apple TV draws the picture at full resolution, locked to the same beat tracker, with no cables and no capture hardware. Drive one screen or a wall of them. Picture only. Link sends the Mac's analysis of the music, never the music itself, so the sound keeps playing from your Mac and its speakers. Link mode needs Phosphor for macOS with the Phosphor Link add-on. Phosphor Stage itself is free. YOUR OWN MUSIC No Mac, no problem. Open the address the app shows you in any browser on the same Wi-Fi, drag your files onto the page, and they play straight from the Apple TV. MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, AIFF and FLAC. A demo track is included so the app does something the moment you install it. THE VISUALS A large catalogue of hand-tuned scenes, and every one reacts to the beat itself rather than just to how loud the track is. Ring tunnels, plasma blooms, satellite orbits, oscilloscopes, hyperspace warps, drifting nebula, retro vacuum-fluorescent bars. Scenes cycle on their own or you pick one and stay there. Layer effects on top of any scene, straight from the remote: invert, CRT, bloom, vignette, grain, chromatic aberration, kaleidoscope, pixelate, blur and glitch. When a Mac is driving, it sets these too, so one control surface runs every screen in the room. BUILT FOR THE ROOM - Lean-back by design. Start playing and the chrome fades out in seconds. Just the visuals. - The screensaver stays off while the show is running. - Siri Remote: swipe left and right to change scene, play and pause anytime, skip through your queue. - Background audio, so your music keeps going when you switch apps. - Nothing starts on its own. The app waits for you to press play. PRIVACY Phosphor Stage makes no internet connections at all. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking. Your files stay on your Apple TV and the Link connection never leaves your local network. ALSO ON MAC Phosphor Visualizer for macOS is the desktop edition: floating window, fullscreen and wallpaper modes, system-audio capture, MP4 recording, and the full scene catalog with post-processing. Available separately on the Mac App Store. Visit getphosphor.com to learn more. Made by Little Knife Labs. Built natively for tvOS in Swift and Metal. Apple TV 4K recommended · tvOS 18 or later · Free, no in-app purchases

LINK - One Mac drives the Apple TV at a time. When a second Mac links to the same screen, the screen stays with the first one until it stops sending, then the second takes over.
