initially we tried three separate times of uploading the same photo over and over again. every time app failed to produce a “live” video from the photo. PLUS there is a 15 minute waiting period for the produced piece to be seen ( we did discover while the clock is ticking for processing if you select “hide” and then go to your settings you can click on projects and within a minute or two the project was ready without having to wait full 15 minutes!).
Eventually the video was produced. (short 5 seconds) Everyone was thrilled to see our parents from a still wedding photo come to life!

Not Good
Fun to use. That’s where it ends. Used 3 people and my pet none of us looked like we do. Have to pay to use app, then to my shock there are coins (gave me 4 pics then ran out) then comes the next payment shock to buy more coins to continue to use app even though you have already paid subscription. Not Happy! Feel ripped off.

The tools are horrible, they don’t work. You pay for the subscription and then you have to pay for what they call “coins”. Each animation they produce (horribly) they charge more coins. Don’t waste your time and money.

This is terrible. The face is changed not even the right person and you have to pay for the coins to create the image and the coins are additional to the service of the app. Horrible, horrible horrible I regret this give me my $10 back.

I Grew Hair!!
I uploaded a picture of myself and they created a very short video, not the length shown in ads, and the video added hair to my bald head! I reached out to the “support team” and received an automated response which I responded to and got the same exact response back stating “the app does not support changing height, body type, eye color, clothing or other appearance details”. So the app, whcih doesn’t support changes, took it upon itself to CHANGE the fact I have no hair and added lovely brown hair to my image. Also there is a fee to use the app so clearly that is not going to get resolved being that a computer responds to emails or complaints!

This is just a similar look to you or the person that’s in your photo. I’ve done the sky reunion for me and my dad. It’s definitely not us and that’s what I was expecting because that’s what it advertises as.

They do not stand by their mistakes- projects that do not look anything like the pic chosen. They blame it on Ai & refuse to let you edit it or delete it and return the charge for it. Lots of fine print that shows up after purchase.

I paid 20 funky dollars to get a video that doesn’t even look like my me or my Mother. And it forces you to do another video hoping this time it would look like us. Only to find out it wants me to reload the app. I reload it and its still not allowing me to do another video. Thanks for nothing!
