Bug in App
I really enjoy the app but it take several tries before logging in. It keeps giving a error that the account is logged in on another device but does not allow you to send a email to your recovery email. After about 20 tries of closing and reopening the app, it will let you in. However, whe man it works, it actually works!

Just right for what I need
Over the years I’ve taken photos of myself that I believe are beautiful. As an artist, and a person, I looked for an App where I could store my photos securely. No See You has provided me with a lot of options and I’ve used them for years.
Data recovery
It won’t let me recover my data with my email and keeps saying connection lost but can’t find a way to get in contact with anyone.
Terrible customer service
I tried to reach out to these people millions of times since I can’t get into my account any longer. It keeps saying “connection closed”. I still have an active subscription until December 2024!!!

Worked great the first year. Now Keep getting locked out and cant get in . Like one time a month i can even access my stuff .

Used to be great but now I cant see most of my files. They are all gone. Something it wrong and no one answers support.

Worked great at first did the upgrades and now it’s constantly shutting down. Can’t login, support doesn’t answer emails, more than half the pictures and videos uploaded can’t been seen! Don’t waste your money!

App has always worked great but now I’m locked out and no way to get a hold of anyone for help. Recover email screen just stays frozen. Lots of personal stuff now stuck in this app.
